You are about to enter the Ethernet Registration Web site. You can register for a new connection, change your Ethernet Adapter address, display current connection information, disconnect an existing connection or view your bandwidth totals.

Please remember, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the residence hall connection agreement, including individual bandwidth restrictions. For your protection, the site is secure. If you choose to continue, you will need to have:

1) Penn State Access ID* and password
2) Room assignment (hall name and room number without leading zero's).
3) Your correct (wired) Ethernet Adapter Address. Not a wireless address. It is very important to have the correct adapter address for this step
4) Computer type, make, model, and operating system

* If you do not have an Access ID, contact the ITS accounts department to complete the process. The access ID must be activated before you can register for a connection. Most students do this during FTCAP. If you can check your PSU email, you should be able to continue this registration process. If not, contact ITS accounts for further instructions.

After completing the registration process, follow the instructions to make sure your computer is set to DHCP. It takes 4-8 hours before your port becomes live after successful registration
