Where
do I change my ITS password?
To change your password,
visit www.work.psu.edu.
Click the "Change your password" link located on the right-hand side
of the page. Log in with your PSU Access ID and password. The page will prompt you
for your new password. You may also visit an ITS Signature Station
usually located in ITS computer labs to
reset your password as well.

I
forgot my password, where can I get it?
If you forget your password you will have to
visit the Accounts Office at 101 Computer Building or 2 Willard
to have them reset your password. You may be required to
present a photo ID to reset your password. Call them to make
sure you have everything you will need before you walk over.

do I create a website on www.personal.psu.edu?
The ITS website
lists requirements and instructions to begin using the Penn State web
space. Visit
http://its.psu.edu/web.html for details.

How
do I forward my Penn State e-mail to another account?
Visit www.work.psu.edu.
Click on the "Change your e-mail forwarding address" link at the
right-hand side of the page. Log in with your PSU Access ID and password. The
e-mail address you specify will receive all of your Penn State email.
Note:
Your email will continue to be sent to the address specified at www.work.psu.edu.
If you would like discontinuing e-mail forwarding, follow the above
instructions and click reset. You will be able to access
your e-mail directly from the Penn State
webmail site.

How
do I receive email on my computer?
To
receive e-mail directly to your personal computer, you can choose
any pop3 compliant e-mail program available to you. Which program to use
is purely a matter of preference. We have
posted instructions below for the most popular programs we see
students use in the residence halls. Visit
E-mail Setup or
Tech Support from our web site.
Note:
The e-mail accounts and servers are managed and maintained by the
ITS department. ResCom can help with some things but consult
with ITS for account problems.
