VERY IMPORTANT CHANGE:
Starting January 25, 2004, ITS will require all email programs to login
using SSL encryption. To date they have made it a "opt in" option, it
will soon be mandatory in order to send or receive email. What it means to
you is that you must configure your email program so it uses a SSL login.
Depending on the email program you choose to use, you will have to set it
up properly or you will not be able to use the PSU email servers. Webmail
is an exception to this. It already uses SSL encryption. Outlook, Outlook
Express, Eudora and other POP3 compliant email programs will need to be
set properly or it will not work.
